Position: Wealth ManagerLocation: Bangalore / MumbaiJob SummaryWe are seeking a seasoned and results-driven Wealth Manager to join our team in Bangalore or Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the acquisition and management of High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNI) with a minimum portfolio size of 1 crore and above. This role requires a proven track record of working in wealth management or private banking, impeccable sales skills, and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. You will be instrumental in expanding our client base and growing assets under management.Key Responsibilities- Acquire and advise HNI clients, leveraging a pool of affluent and super-affluent leads provided by the company.- Build a robust sales funnel through direct client meetings, virtual presentations, and business development activities such as organizing seminars and workshops.- Maintain strong client relationships and generate Assets Under Management (AUM) by advising on existing investments and deepening the wallet share from existing clients.- Advise affluent clients on their overall financial portfolios in close coordination with the research, financial planning, and operations teams.- Coordinate with the product and research teams to make well-informed investment decisions for clients.Required Skills & Qualifications- Prior experience working in a wealth management firm, private banking, PMS Advisory, AIF Acquisition, or high-ticket MF Sales, with specific exposure to HNI client management.- Proven ability to analyze client data, identify financial trends, and create impactful presentations.- Impeccable sales skills and a track record of successfully negotiating and closing high-ticket sales.- Strong personal and virtual meeting skills for client engagement.- Good knowledge of Equity Markets and various investment assets.- The ability to handle client portfolios with a minimum entry level of 1 crore.
