Role Overview :

- We are looking for a Senior Non-IT Recruiter to lead full life cycle recruiting efforts.

- In this role, you will partner with hiring managers to build and execute sourcing strategies that attract and hire diverse talent across all business units.

- This position requires a focus on quality of hire, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and building strong relationships with hiring managers.

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with the Director of Talent Acquisition (TA), Department Heads, and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and meet competitive hiring goals.

- Job Descriptions & Posting: Create, review, and design job descriptions; post them on job boards, social media, internal ATS, and other relevant channels.

- Research & Evaluation: Stay updated on the latest hiring processes, set evaluation parameters, and coordinate with stakeholders to prepare assessments for each role.

- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay informed about current and future hiring needs.

- Collaborate to prioritize roles.

- Talent Sourcing: Stay active on job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent.

- Utilize innovative recruiting strategies to identify quality candidates.

- TA Lifecycle Management: Manage the end-to-end TA lifecycle, from sourcing and screening resumes to conducting interviews, final offer negotiations, onboarding, and retaining quality talent.

- Candidate Management: Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage candidates through the interview process.

- Assist with final offer negotiations.

- Database Management: Grow and maintain a database of qualified active and passive talent.

- Keep records updated.

- Metrics & Reporting: Identify, analyze, and present hiring metrics.

- Implement initiatives to address hiring challenges.

Qualifications :

- Experience : Minimum of 4-6 years in end-to-end recruitment, with experience in hiring for non-technical positions (e. , call centre roles).

- Niche & Volume Hiring: Hands-on experience with niche skills and volume hiring.

- Employer Branding: Promote the employer brand on LinkedIn and other social media channels, and increase awareness about the company and its products.

- Sourcing Expertise: Deep knowledge of sourcing techniques for non-technical roles and a solid understanding of various social media recruiting channels.

- Candidate Sourcing: Proven track record in sourcing qualified candidates, market intelligence, mapping, and negotiating offers.

- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- Technical Understanding: Strong interviewing skills with a solid technical background to understand and work on IT positions.

- Excel & Reporting: Proficiency in Excel and reporting is desirable.

Desired Qualifications: Excel Skills: Advanced skills in Excel for reporting and data analysis
