Full Stack Developer

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with over 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP), UI5, and ABAP, coupled with strong hands-on experience on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) Cloud Foundry environment. This is an excellent opportunity to work on innovative SAP solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams and driving end-to-end delivery of SAP custom applications and integrations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy full-stack applications using SAP CAP, SAP UI5, and ABAP technologies.

- Build and extend custom applications and configurations on SAP BTP Cloud Foundry utilizing services such as SAP Build Work Zone, SAP Mobile Start, and Task Centre.

- Develop backend services using Node.js and JavaScript frameworks aligned with SAP CAP guidelines.

- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, design

scalable solutions, and deliver high-quality software within agreed timelines.

- Implement and maintain integrations with SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors (SF), Ariba, and Concur systems.

- Manage code repositories and version control using GitHub, ensuring clean code, peer reviews, and continuous integration/deployment practices.

- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications to improve performance and user experience.

- Stay up to date with latest SAP technologies, best practices, and industry trends to continuously innovate and improve solutions.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5+ years of professional experience in SAP full-stack development with a focus on CAP, UI5, and ABAP.

- Strong hands-on experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) Cloud Foundry and associated services like SAP Build Work Zone, SAP Mobile Start, and Task Centre.

- Proficiency in programming languages including Node.js, JavaScript, and CAP framework.

- Experience working on SAP S/4HANA and SAP HANA Cloud environments.

- Solid understanding of GitHub workflows, branching strategies, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Proven experience in implementation projects, including designing, developing, testing, and deploying custom SAP applications.

- Ability to independently coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including business users, technical teams, and vendors, to deliver complex projects.

- Exposure to integration scenarios with SAP SuccessFactors, Ariba, and Concur is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset.

Preferred Qualifications :

- SAP certification in CAP, UI5, or ABAP is an advantage.

- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.

- Familiarity with containerization and cloud-native development practices is a bonus.
