• Audience Engagement: Foster a sense of community among learners. Respond to comments,
messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media analytics to track the performance of campaigns
and content. Make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with the Content Team to ensure that educational materials and
course learning resources are effectively promoted through social media channels.
• Stay Current: Stay up-to-date with social media trends and algorithm changes. Implement best
practices to maximize reach and engagement.
