Key Responsibilities: ● Understand ESSC’s Core Values, Vision, and Goals. ● Foster an understanding of your role’s importance in the growth of the company. ● Keep your peers motivated and maintain high morale to encourage a friendly and open environment. ● Follow ESSC protocols with respect to processes- briefing documents, daily updates, agenda’s etc. ● Ensure adherence to ESSC’s policies and good practices. ● Support the planning, coordination, and execution of influencer marketing campaigns across multiple social platforms. ● Research and shortlist influencers that align with brand goals and campaign needs. ● Liaise with influencers or their managers to organize deliverables, schedules, and approvals. ● Monitor campaign metrics and compile post-campaign performance reports. ● Keep up with the latest trends, emerging platforms, and creative approaches within influencer marketing. ● Work closely with content creators, designers, and sales teams to ensure campaigns align with overall brand strategy. Requirements ● Strong Communication: Excellent written and spoken English. ● Attention to Detail: Able to handle multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and deadlines. ● Proactive & Adaptable: Excited to learn, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
