We Are Hiring: Commissioning Engineer (Power Plant Project)Project Site:Menengai ward, Nakuru, Kenya Project Duration:3 Months (January 2026 – March 2026) EPC Partners Inc. EPC Partners Inc. is seeking an experienced Commissioning Engineerto support the startup and testing works of a power plant project. This is a short-term, project-based role ideal for professionals with strong commissioning and power plant experience. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and executepre-commissioning, commissioning, and startup activities . Conductloop checking, functional testing, SAT/FAT , and system energization. Coordinate with construction, QA/QC, OEMs, and client representatives. Review and interpretP&IDs, SLDs, technical drawings, and datasheets . Prepare commissioning procedures, test sheets, and documentation. Troubleshoot issues during startup and support turnover to operations. QualificationsBachelor’s Degree inMechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering . 5+ years of experiencein power plant commissioning (geothermal, thermal, gas, hydro, etc.). Strong background in: Mechanical/electrical system commissioning DCS/SCADA or PLC-based systems Turbine, generator, switchgear, and BOP equipment Knowledge ofEPC workflows , HSE protocols, and permit-to-work systems. Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Professional Licenseandsafety certifications(NEBOSH/IOSH/OSHA) are an advantage. Work ConditionsOn-site assignment for the full duration (Jan–Mar 2026). Willing to work extended hours during critical startup phases.
