Manager - Digital/Performance Marketing
Job Description:
- Looking for an experienced and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving online traffic, maximizing ROI, and contributing to the growth of our cinema company.
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns on Google and Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
1. Responsible for Performance Marketing and Acquisition Strategy, Including planning, budgeting, reporting and execution across Google, Meta and other channels incl LinkedIn.
2. Liaise with corporate and Regional Marketing members and external agencies to benchmark performance, streamline/improve processes and leverage best practices. Work with multiple cross-functional teams to drive the key programs.
3. To maximize Digital impact through innovations and breakthrough thinking.
4. Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals, Conversion Rate Optimization & Growth Marketing (ROI and KPIs).
5. Identifies trends and insights, and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
6. Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.
Develop and Execute Digital Advertising Campaigns:
1. Manage end to end digital ads - designing, testing, optimization, reporting and analysis.
2. Create, implement, and optimize paid digital marketing strategies across Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram.
3. Design and manage display, conversion campaigns, including search, display, video, and retargeting ads.
Analyze and Report Performance:
1. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other relevant tools.
2. Responsible for revenue growth & ROI.
Budget Management:
1. Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
2. Conduct regular budget reviews and adjust spending based on performance metrics.
Targeting and Audience Segmentation:
- Develop detailed audience segmentation strategies to reach the right target markets.
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine targeting and improve ad relevance.
