The Indian retail ecosystem is still learning to rely on data when it comes to delivering consistent customer experiences throughout the journey, hence we've tried to address those gaps and pain points with our CRM suite.

Job Summary:

- The Digital Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive customer engagement for Easyrewardz.

- The individual will leverage their expertise in digital marketing channels, analytics, and optimization techniques achieve business objectives.

- This is a monthly leads target-based profile.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategize, Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals, targeting key customer segments and industries.

- Manage all aspects of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and display advertising.

- Creation and optimization of digital content across various platforms to ensure relevance, quality, and consistency.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product management, and other teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives and marketing plans.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, and recommend innovative strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support digital marketing initiatives and campaigns as needed.

- Submit a weekly, monthly, quarterly report of all activities with budget consumed and ROI achieved as the focus point.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.

- Proven experience of 5-7 years in digital or performance marketing roles, preferably within the B2B SaaS industry.

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including but not limited to Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Webinars, social media management tools, marketing automation software, and CRM systems.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance and ROI.

- Strong leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
