We enable #HumanFirstDigital Role: AI Architect – Agentic Systems Overview We are looking for an experiencedAI Architectto lead the design and development ofagentic AI systemsleveraging AWS cloud services. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding ofmulti-agent orchestration ,LLM-based reasoning , andcloud-native AI architectures , combined with strong technical leadership and stakeholder management capabilities. This role requires a balance ofhands-on architecture design ,strategic solutioning , andmentorship , enabling large-scale, reliable, and secure AI systems for enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities Leadarchitecture and designforagentic AI platformsusing AWS services such asBedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, Step Functions, EventBridge, OpenSearch, and DynamoDB . Definemulti-agent orchestration strategiesfor end-to-end data workflows, validation, and automation. Evaluate and recommenddesign trade-offsbetweenLLM-based reasoning ,rule-based systems , andhybrid AI modelsfor performance, scalability, and interpretability. Collaborate withbusiness stakeholders ,product managers , andengineering teamsto align architecture with strategic goals and delivery outcomes. Providetechnical leadership and mentorshipto AI engineers, data scientists, and DevOps teams on agent-based design principles and implementation patterns. Establisharchitecture blueprints ,best practices , andgovernance standardsfor secure, scalable, and production-grade AI solutions. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree inComputer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field(PhD preferred). 8–12 yearsof experience inAI/ML solution development , including3–5 yearsincloud-native AI architecture . Hands-on expertise acrossAWS AI/ML services— Bedrock, SageMaker, Comprehend, Textract, Kendra, and Lex. Strong proficiency withagentic AI frameworkssuch asLangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack, CrewAI, or AutoGen . Proven experience withworkflow orchestration toolslikeAWS Step Functions, Apache Airflow, or Temporal . Demonstrated ability totranslate business objectives into scalable AI system architectures . Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to executive and delivery teams. Preferred Skills Experience integratingLLMswithstructured or unstructured data systems . Familiarity withmulti-cloud architecturesandAI deployment frameworks . Understanding ofMLOps ,model monitoring , andresponsible AI governance .
