About Earthful Earthful is an FMCG company focused in the health and wellness space. You will be responsible for Supply chain, vendor management, procurement, and inventory optimization to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing that supports our growing D2C brand.Location:Full-time position, based out of HyderabadRoles and Responsibilities: ● Develop and implement effective procurement strategies. ● Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure the best terms and conditions. ● Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers. ● Monitor and analyze market trends to identify potential cost-saving opportunities. ● Ensure timely delivery of materials and services. ● Manage inventory levels and optimize inventory turnover. ● Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory. ● Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their purchasing needs ● Resolve any procurement-related issues or disputes. ● Stay updated with industry trends and regulations relevant to procurement.Skill sets: ● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. ● Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role. ● Strong knowledge of Supply chain, Operations and Procurements principles and practices. ● Excellent negotiation and communication skills. ● Ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers. ● Proficient in using purchasing software and MS Office ● Attention to detail and strong analytical skillsBe a part of Earthful’s Family
