Role DescriptionWe are seeking aBIM Senior Architectfor afull-time on-site positionbased inPuducherry . The ideal candidate will lead design coordination, oversee BIM integration across projects, and ensure smooth collaboration between architecture and engineering teams. Key Responsibilities: Develop and review architectural designs aligned with U.S. standards Manage project workflows and deliverables using BIM software Coordinate across disciplines to ensure design accuracy and compliance Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s degree preferred) Proven expertise inarchitecture and project management StrongBIM proficiencyand experience inBIM-based project workflows Familiarity withU.S. codes, standards, and documentation practices Excellent communication and team coordination skills Priorexperience in American architectural projectsishighly preferred Experience in thereal estate or construction sectoris an added advantage
