Complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner REQUIRED SKILLS Fluency in English Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud through a full lifecycle project Workflows, HDL, Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, Configurations, VBCS & Redwood UIBusiness process knowledge of Global HR , Compensation, Oracle Recruitment Cloud, Talent ManagementMinimum Qualifications: 6 – 12 years of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions ( Global HR , Compensation, Oracle Recruitment Cloud, Talent Management) 4-6 years of support experience Excellent communication skills to work with agile team Candidate is expected to be able to work independently and as part of a team.
