Dropless is looking for a detail-driven Bookkeeper with strong Xero experience to join our growing finance team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys keeping financial records sharp, staying on top of invoices, and supporting smooth day-to-day finance operations — all while working 100% remotely.


What You’ll Do
  • Maintain accurate bookkeeping in Xero
  • Process invoices, track payments & chase overdue invoices
  • Manage accounts payable & receivable
  • Reconcile bank statements & transactions
  • Support month-end & year-end closings
  • Prepare regular financial reports for management


What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years of bookkeeping experience (Xero is essential ✅)
  • Solid knowledge of bookkeeping principles
  • Strong attention to detail & accuracy
  • Comfortable communicating with clients/suppliers re: invoices & payments
  • Self-motivated & reliable in a fully remote environment
