Key Responsibilities Lead thedesign, development, and integrationofALSA SoC audio drivers ,DSP firmware interfaces , andaudio middleware components . Work onaudio codec integration ,I2S/TDM interface setup , andDMA engine configurationfor embedded SoCs. Develop and maintainaudio pipelines ,PCM handling , andmixer controlsin alignment with ALSA framework. Implement and maintaindevice tree bindingsfor audio components. Collaborate with cross-functional teams forBSP bring-up ,audio subsystem debugging , andfeature validation . Utilize Linux kernel debugging tools to analyze and resolve system-level issues. Required Skills Strong proficiency inC programmingandLinux kernel internals . Hands-on experience withALSA SoC audio driver developmentandaudio codec integration . Experience withaudio DSPsandfirmware interfaces(e.g., ADSP / Hexagon). Good understanding ofI2S/TDM interfaces ,DMA configuration , andaudio data paths . Familiarity withdevice tree ,uBoot , andkernel-level debugging tools(e.g., ftrace, printk, gdb).Location:Bangalore Experience:7-12 years
