For more information about Intellect, visit https://www.intellectdesign.com/As a Technical Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing engineering projects, managing developers, and ensuring the successful delivery of products and solutions. Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, QA, and DevOps professionals. Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define technical requirements and delivery timelines. Lead & Influence outcomes on project execution with customers and internal stakeholders Design scalable and maintainable system architectures and contribute to high-level software development decisions. Oversee day-to-day development activities and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Drive continuous improvement in software development processes and tools. Conduct regular code reviews, performance evaluations, and 1:1 meetings with team members. Manage technical risks and ensure the timely resolution of issues and blockers. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and evaluate their potential application in the company. Ensure technical documentation and operational support are in place. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in software development with 2+ years in a technical leadership or managerial role. Strong proficiency in [Java, Spring boot, Angular, Cloud, API, micro services, Postgre or Oracle DB]. Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects. Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Previous experience in a startup or high-growth company. Knowledge of security best practices and performance optimization.
