Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Analytics professional to join our analytics and data science teams. The ideal candidate will have over 8+ years of experience in the field of analytics, data analysis, and machine learning, with a deep proficiency in SQL and Python. He will play a critical role in shaping the company's data strategy, overseeing data-driven decision-making, and driving advanced analytics initiatives across various business functions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute data strategies, providing leadership in both technical and business-oriented analytics activities.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify business requirements, define KPIs, and implement data-driven solutions.


Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Oversee the collection, processing, and analysis of large data sets to support business intelligence, marketing, operations, and other strategic initiatives.
  • Design, develop, and maintain advanced analytical models, reports, and dashboards to help stakeholders make informed decisions.


Machine Learning and Predictive Analytics:

  • Apply machine learning techniques to solve business problems, using algorithms such as regression models, decision trees, clustering, and time series analysis.
  • Stay up to date with emerging trends in data science and machine learning, and identify opportunities for applying these techniques to improve business outcomes.


Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with IT, product, finance, marketing, and other departments to align data-driven insights with overall business objectives.
  • Manage cross-functional projects, ensuring the timely delivery of actionable insights and recommendations.


Technical Skills and Proficiency:

SQL:

  • Expert-level proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
  • Strong experience with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.

Python:

  • Advanced programming skills in Python for data manipulation, analysis, and building machine learning models.
  • Familiarity with Python libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.

Data Analysis:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large and complex datasets.
  • Expertise in creating data visualizations and dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.

Machine Learning & AI:

  • Extensive experience in building and deploying machine learning models, with a solid understanding of both supervised and unsupervised learning.
  • Knowledge of advanced ML techniques such as NLP, deep learning, reinforcement learning, etc.

Cloud Technologies :

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure, or Google Cloud for handling big data and scaling machine learning applications.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • 8+ years of professional experience in data analysis, data science, or machine learning.
  • Proven experience leading and managing a high-performing analytics team.
  • Strong track record of solving business problems through data-driven insights and machine learning solutions.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
