Kopi Kenangan, the first SEA F&B Unicorn, with more than 950 coffee retail chain across Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore is hiring a Technical Project Manager in Gurgaon Delhi, India.


The Technical Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing technical projects for Kenangan Coffee India. This role involves internal stakeholder managements to understand business needs; propose and implement business technology; support the coordination of cross-functional teams, ensuring timely and within-budget project delivery, and maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. The ideal candidate must be hands-on; willing to roll-up sleeve for implementation as this is a start-up role; and preferably from the F&B industry. Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ Engineering with more than 3 years Technical Project Management experience preferably in app development, software consulting; with exposure to e-commerce will be advantageous.
  • More than 3 years’ hands-on Software Development Experience and distributed SOA system is a must
  • Fluent in English and has exposure working with overseas technical development team will be added advantage. Excellent English written and oral communication skills
  • Able to anticipate, proactively manage the risks and escalate appropriately.
  • Must have excellent product and project management skills and demonstrated technical aptitude
  • Hands-on and is willing to roll up sleeve to deliver and implement project where necessary; individual contributor role.
  • Open, agile and is able to manage multiple projects concurrently with ease


Job Responsibilities:

  • Interface with a diverse customer base to understand requirements, priorities, and processes.
  • Propose and implement new projects or recommend system improvements.
  • Develop long-term development and business technology strategies.
  • Participate in the design, development, implementation, testing and documentation of large-scale, multi-tiered, distributed software applications, tools, systems and services using Golang, Object Oriented Design and Distributed Programming.
  • Translate functional requirements into robust, scalable, supportable solutions that work well within the overall system architecture.
  • Participate in the full development cycle, end-to-end, from design, implementation, and testing to documentation, delivery and maintenance.
  • Evaluate and make decisions around the use of new or existing software products and tools.
