You’ll be part of a global architecture practice, driving excellence, innovation, and architectural value across the organization.Role PurposeWe’re looking for someone who:- Is passionate about defining end-to-end IT solutions that enhance customer experience. - Can design fit-for-purpose, secure, scalable, and resilient enterprise solutions. - Can align solution architecture with the organization’s strategic IT vision. - Drives continuous improvement in solution design quality. - Provides technical direction and architectural leadership to business and technology stakeholders.Key Responsibilities- Craft robust, secure, and scalable solutions aligned with enterprise standards. - Lead and guide junior Solution Architects through mentoring and knowledge sharing. - Provide technical and architectural leadership to ensure alignment with long-term IT strategy. - Perform early triage and shaping of IT initiatives to support investment decisions. - Produce comprehensive design artefacts to support service, security, architecture, and engineering. - Maintain integrity of end-to-end solutions, including managing transition states toward target architectures.Skills & Experience We’re Looking For- Strong background in the Insurance domain and experience with UK-based clients (mandatory). - Deep technical expertise across diverse customer and business scenarios, or strong domain specialization. - Proven design and architecture skills with a strong grasp of functional, non-functional, and security considerations. - Experience in Agile delivery methodologies. - Cloud technology experience (preferably AWS) is desirable. - Exposure to Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Journey Optimizer, and Customer Journey Analytics is an advantage. - Financial acumen to support business case development and design decisions. - Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. - Ability to balance long-term architectural direction with short-term delivery goals.Qualifications- Engineering Graduate or Graduate with relevant technical experience.
