Responsibilities:


  • Social Media Strategy Development:
  • Develop innovative and effective social media strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives.
  • Stay updated with social media trends and best practices to ensure strategies remain relevant and impactful.
  • Content Creation and Management:
  • Planned, created, and managed the publication of engaging content across all social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, , and Instagram.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, content creators, and other team members to ensure a cohesive and brand-aligned visual and message strategy.
  • Social Media Calendar Management:
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive social media content calendar to manage content publication schedules and ensure a consistent presence across all channels.
  • To enhance efficiency and consistency, schedule posts using social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
  • Paid Social Advertising:
  • Designed and executed paid social media advertising campaigns optimised for reach and conversion.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and adjust strategies based on analytical insights to maximise ROI.
  • Reporting and Analytics:
  • Regularly report on social media activities and campaign results, providing actionable insights and recommendations for ongoing improvements.
  • Use analytics tools to track engagement rates, conversion statistics, and other KPIs important to our business goals.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least two years of experience in social media management, including hands-on experience with content creation, calendar management, and paid social advertising.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and creative thinking skills.
  • Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
