This is a high-responsibility, high-ownership role for someone who lives and breathes Meta Ads, understands the business side of marketing, and can confidently speak with clients.About the RoleYou’ll manage Meta Ads for our North American clients, own performance tracking, handle influencer onboarding, and work closely with graphic designers and content teams. The ideal candidate istech-savvy, client-ready, and deeply experienced in paid Meta campaigns(especially in setting up tracking, pixels, conversions, etc.).Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, manage, and optimizeMeta Adscampaigns for brands across North America Run performance reports and improve KPIs like ROAS, CPL, CTR, etc. Set upMeta Pixels , custom events, andconversion tracking(incl. third-party integrations) Joinclient meetings , handle calls, and present campaign insights confidently Identify andonboard influencers , negotiate deals, and coordinate content for Instagram (reels, stories, posts) Schedule content and manageInstagram content calendarswith the design team Conduct competitor and trend analysis to propose new ideas and strategies OptimizeGoogle My Businessprofiles for local SEO and brand visibility✅Must-Have Qualifications4–5+ years of Meta Ads experience(agency only) Deep understanding ofpixels, conversions, events , retargeting & lookalike strategies Comfortable handlingclient meetings and callsdirectly Excellentspoken and written English Experience working withinfluencers & content strategy Strong knowledge ofInstagram content planning & scheduling tools Familiarity withtools like Meta Events Manager, Google Tag Manager, and tracking softwareBonus Skills (Nice to Have)Familiarity withShopify ,WordPress , orClickFunnels Understanding ofCanadian/U.S. market behaviorWorking HoursFull-time |Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST Must be fully available during Canadian business hoursLocationRemote
