Job Title :


UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a creative and highly motivated UI/UX Designer to join our design team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on intuitive, user-centered designs that directly impact the way users interact with our geospatial applications. You will be responsible for crafting engaging user experiences while ensuring high-quality user interfaces for web and mobile platforms.

Responsibilities :


- User-Centered Design : Conduct user research, create user personas, and define user journeys to understand user needs and behaviors.

- Wireframing & Prototyping : Design wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications using industry-standard tools.

- UI/UX Design : Create user-friendly, aesthetically appealing interfaces with a focus on usability and accessibility.

- User Testing : Organize usability testing sessions, analyze feedback, and iterate on designs to improve user experience.

Collaboration :

- Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of designs into the final product.

- Design Consistency : Maintain design consistency across all platforms by adhering to brand guidelines and design systems.

- Stay Current : Keep up with the latest UI/UX design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the user experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications :


- Experience : 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio showcasing your design work.

- Design Tools : Proficiency in design tools like Figma (preferred), Adobe XD, Sketch, and InVision.

- UI/UX Knowledge : Strong understanding of design principles, user-centered design methodologies, and usability best practices.

- Prototyping : Experience in creating interactive prototypes and wireframes for mobile and web applications.

- Collaboration : Excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills :


- Experience designing for geospatial or mapping applications is a plus.

- Familiarity with front-end development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) is an advantage.

- Knowledge of video and image editing tools for creating engaging product demos and promotional content.
