• Create and maintain a database for Timesheets, Invoices, cost booked, DMS, and Forecast.

• Expert-level skills on Microsoft Excel, Smartsheets, and Visual Basic to run Macros for data comparison and reporting

• Understanding of the business metrics.

• Excellent communication skills in English

• Experience of working with global stakeholders.

• Knowledge of data maintenance.

• Minimum 5-10 years of experience automation of tasks

• Standardize operational reports


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Science/ Instrumentation/Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering
  • Proven experience as a project analyst
