The Zonal HR Professional will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, employee onboarding and orientation, HR policy implementation, and employee engagement activities. The role also includes handling employee grievances, ensuring compliance with labor laws, conducting performance appraisals, and facilitating training and development programs.
