We are looking for a talented RTS Engineer with expertise in Flink/Beam, Kafka, and Java to work with our prestigious client, a leading national bank in the UAE. This role involves designing and delivering cutting-edge real-time streaming (RTS) solutions that drive impactful banking operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement real-time streaming solutions using Apache Flink/Beam , Kafka , and other related technologies.
  • Architect robust and scalable data pipelines to process and analyze streaming data efficiently.
  • Optimize JVM performance for enhanced application stability and responsiveness.
  • Ensure the efficient deployment and orchestration of services using Docker and Kubernetes .
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Conduct performance tuning and ensure the reliability of the deployed systems.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in streaming and data engineering to enhance solutions.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's or Postgraduate Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in the development and design of real-time data streaming solutions.
  • Extensive coding experience in Java , with hands-on expertise in Flink/Beam and Kafka .
  • Proficiency in Elastic Search for efficient data retrieval and analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of JVM tuning for optimizing performance in high-demand applications.
  • Practical experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes .
  • A strong understanding of modern software development practices, including CI/CD pipelines.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in financial or banking applications.
  • Knowledge of security best practices in handling sensitive data streams.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex streaming issues in real time.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms for hosting and managing streaming solutions.
