Job Title: Digital Marketing ManagerLocation: Brigade Signature Towers, Huskur Village, Bengaluru – 560049 Work Mode: Work from Office Working Days: Monday to Saturday Experience Required: 3 to 7 yearsAbout the Role We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing initiatives. The role involves developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and lead generation.Manage all digital channels including SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Display Advertising.Plan and oversee social media strategy, content execution, and engagement campaigns.Drive and analyze ROI on paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms.Implement strong search engine optimization (on-page and off-page) and content marketing strategies.Coordinate with design and content teams to create high-quality landing pages, creatives, and ad copies.Manage website performance analytics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Tag Manager.Optimize marketing automation and email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar tools).Monitor online traffic, lead generation performance, and run A/B testing for campaign optimization.Stay updated with current digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm changes.Required Skills Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and Social Media Advertising.Expertise in running campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google platforms.Proficiency in Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, and Google Data Studio.Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.Good understanding of content marketing, copywriting, and creative direction.Basic understanding of web development basics, WordPress, and landing page optimization.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.Ability to meet deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously.Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.Certification in Digital Marketing or Google Ads preferred.Compensation Competitive salary based on experience and industry standards.
