Project Manager

As a part of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including Development (.NET, PHP, Angular, React), QA, and Cloud teams, driving projects through Agile frameworks.

The role involves collaborating with diverse stakeholders across industries such as Real Estate, Aviation, social media, Logistics, Warehouse, Finance, and Health.

Responsibilities :

- Facilitate and lead Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure Agile best practices.

- Collaborate with Development teams (. NET, PHP, Angular, React), QA, and Cloud teams to understand technical requirements and translate business needs.

- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and deliverables through Azure DevOps and Jira.

- Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

- Develop and maintain dashboards to track project progress, resource utilization, and key performance indicators.

- Coordinate with stakeholders across multiple domains : Real Estate, Project Management, Aviation, Social Media, Logistics, Warehouse, Finance, and Health.

- Drive backlog grooming, prioritization, and sprint planning alongside Product Owners.

- Identify and facilitate process improvements and support organizational change management.

- Ensure quality deliverables by working closely with QA teams during testing phases.

- Support Cloud team initiatives and integrations with existing applications and infrastructure.

You Offer :

- 3 to 5 years experience as a Project Manager or Business Analyst working in Agile environments.

- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and Jira for project tracking and reporting.

- Proven ability to work collaboratively with Development teams (. NET, PHP, Angular, React), QA, and Cloud teams.

- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and Scrum ceremonies.

- Experience in dashboard creation and reporting for status updates and KPIs.

- Excellent verbal and written communication with strong stakeholder management skills.

- Experience across one or more of these domains : Real Estate, Aviation, Social Media, Logistics, Warehouse, Finance, Health.

- Ability to bridge technical and business perspectives effectively.

- Bachelors degree in business, Computer Science, or related field preferred.

Reporting And Documentation Exposure :

- Familiarity with key project reports such as Project Status, Risk & Issue Logs, Resource Allocation, Budget vs. Actuals, Milestone Trackers, Change Requests, and Post-Mortems.

- Hands-on with tools like MS Project, Jira/ Azure DevOps, and Excel for tracking execution, timelines, resources, budgets, and stakeholder communication.
