Visit our social media profiles below to know more about the brand –Instagram - @ibacosmeticsFacebook - https://www.facebook.com/ibacosmeticsindiaYoutube - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC9_p7dT5mqm22PzHfiUNaxwJob Description:- Strategize content and manage social media calendar and execution across platforms - Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter, etc. in order to grow follower base and manage high community engagement levels across platforms - Copywriting for Social media posts, videos, ads and other Marketing collaterals - Creating and shooting video content as a content creator in-house for reels, posts and stories to showcase Iba's range of makeup, skincare and haircare to engage with followers and increase reach - Leveraging best-in-class tools to execute all of the above as per the Monthly Marketing Schedule - Passion for Flawless Execution & Creativity. - Work cohesively along with a team of other social media executives, graphic designer, digital marketing associates, and outside agenciesSkills Required:- Minium 1 year experience in managing social media platforms first-hand (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) - Experience in visualization and copy-writing - Experience and innate love as well as familiarity in using various makeup products as well as skincare products - Experience in shooting one's own videos for social media content - either in fashion or beauty space - Excellent written & spoken English language skills - Working knowledge of Excel & web analytics tools as well as tools such as Hootsuite for social media posting and metrics management - Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social mediaEducation:Graduate/Post Graduate.Work experience:Minimum 1 Year (Social media marketing experience preferred)We run a fast-paced business and the challenges we face and solve every day are unique.
