Architect/Engineer- Distributed Systems We are looking for ahands-on Distributed Systems Engineerwho thrives at the intersection ofsystems engineering, applied cryptography, and open-source protocoldesign. Architect and build the core primitives that make secure interoperability possible across centralized and decentralized systems.Skills Required 8+ yearsof hands-on engineering experience, with deep expertise indistributed systemsorbackend infrastructure. Strong grasp ofWeb2 architectures— microservices, cloud infra (AWS/GCP/Azure), CI/CD, andKubernetes. Familiarity withWeb3 paradigms— blockchains, consensus algorithms, token standards, or protocol design. Proficient in at least onesystems programming language(Rust, Go, or C++) and comfortable reading/writing across others (TypeScript preferred). Strong understanding ofcryptographic primitives(hash functions, digital signatures, public-key cryptography). Proven experience designing and scalingfault-tolerant, high-throughput systemsin production.Bonus points for:Contributions to open-source distributed systems or blockchain infrastructure. Experience withzk-proofs,secure multi-party computation, or published research in cryptography/distributed systems. Shape the future ofopen, interoperable, and secure finance— across banks, blockchains, and nations. Collaborate withtop researchers and engineersfrom blockchain, cryptography, and Web2-scale systems.
