Proven track record of incident response and root cause analysis for high-severity platform incidents. Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) and scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell, etc.) for automation. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate across engineering and BI/reporting teams.Good To Have: Certifications such as MicroStrategy Certified System Administrator (Cloud), Qlik Sense System Administrator, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate. Experience supporting CI/CD workflows (GitLab, Jenkins, GitHub Actions) for BI or analytics platform deployments. Familiarity with AIOps or automated monitoring practices to improve platform stability and reduce manual effort. Background in large-scale enterprise BI environments, ensuring performance, scalability, and security.Referrals are always welcome
