You will play a key role in designing, developing, and enhancing custom ServiceNow applications, particularly focusing on user interfaces, integration capabilities, and scalable components that drive efficiency and improve user engagement.Key Responsibilities Develop and maintaincustom applications on the ServiceNow platform , with an emphasis onUI/portal experiencesusing UI Builder and the Seismic framework. Buildreusable, scalable componentsand deliver intuitive user interfaces aligned with modern UX standards. ImplementREST API integrationsand leverageFlow Designerfor backend automation, enabling seamless system interactions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure smooth end-to-end delivery. Utilizemodern front-end frameworks(such as AngularJS and React) and advanced JavaScript to create responsive and high-performance web applications. Follow development best practices includingobject-oriented design , code optimization, and the use of tools like IDEs, version control, and debugging utilities. Maintain high code quality and actively participate in code reviews and process improvements.Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of hands-on experiencein ServiceNow application development. Expertise in one or more ServiceNow modules such asITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SecOps, CSM, SPM, HRSD, or GRC . Strong knowledge ofApp Engine, ServiceNow Studio, UI Builder, Integration Hub, and Workspaces . Proficiency inJavaScript scriptingandServiceNow automation toolsincluding workflows, business rules, and client/server scripts. Familiarity withintegration patternsand ability to build complex integrations using REST APIs. Ability to writeclean, maintainable, and efficient codewith a focus on performance and scalability.
