Established in the year 2011 in the name of J Square Engineers and later by 2017 Registered Under The LLP Act, 2008 by the name JOHNS SYSTEMS in Bangalore, Karnataka (India), Johns Systems LLP is a limited liability partnership firm that provides Quantity Surveying Consultancy and Drafting Services (Civil & MEP). We are registered with the Government of India, Ministry of Corporate Affairs. For the past 7 years, we have been serving clients (Contractors & Architects) primarily based in the U.S, Canada, Australia, and Middle East Countries.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Quantity Surveyor (Civil & MEP) located in Bengaluru and Thiruvalla, Kerala. The Sr. Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for tasks related to cost control, BOQ (Bill of Quantities), cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting. The role involves working closely with contractors and architects to ensure accurate and efficient cost estimation, evaluation, and monitoring throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in cost control, BOQ, and cost management
• Proficient in cost planning and cost reporting
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of construction industry standards and regulations
• Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or related field
