Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior UI/UX Designer who can take full ownership of the design process across web and mobile platforms. This role is ideal for professionals with a deep understanding of user behavior, visual design, and product thinking. You'll work directly with clients and cross-functional teams to shape digital experiences from ideation through delivery. As a senior member, you'll also be expected to mentor junior designers and influence the overall product direction.

Key Responsibilities :

- Translate product requirements and user needs into elegant and intuitive interface designs.

- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals using modern design tools.

- Lead end-to-end design projects, from research and ideation to final handoff and testing.

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to inform design decisions.

- Build and maintain scalable design systems, ensuring consistency and cohesion across products.

- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders in agile teams.

- Advocate for accessibility, ensuring interfaces meet WCAG and inclusive design standards.

- Provide feedback and guidance to junior designers, helping to elevate the overall design quality.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5-7 years of hands-on UI/UX design experience, ideally in fast-paced or cross-functional environments.

- A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating expertise in solving complex design challenges.

- Expert-level proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.

- Solid experience in building and applying design systems across multiple platforms.

- Deep understanding of usability principles, interaction design, and visual hierarchy.

- Ability to conduct and synthesize findings from user research and usability testing.

- Working knowledge of front-end technologies to collaborate effectively with developers.

- Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.

- Prior experience mentoring junior designers or leading small design teams is a plus.

Nice-to-Have :

- Experience working with international clients or in freelance/consulting roles.

- Knowledge of motion design or micro-interactions.

- Familiarity with data visualization and dashboard design.

- Contribution to design communities, open-source projects, or public case studies.
