Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy for key accounts, OEMs, and channel partners in collaboration with the Regional Head of Sales & Marketing.
- Drive business growth for LT Motors through a strong dealer network and key account management.
- Build and maintain relationships with target customers by understanding specific client needs through research and engagement.
- Prepare and deliver customer-specific sales plans, ensuring monthly achievement and timely revisions if required.
- Ensure accurate preparation of quotations and technical specifications tailored to key account details.
- Provide technical training and guidance to dealers to enhance their sales capabilities.
- Facilitate efficient interactions between business units to address client requirements effectively.
- Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and potential clients.
- Ensure timely response to customer inquiries, prompt collections, and recovery of outstanding payments as per agreements.
- Drive regional marketing initiatives such as seminars, exhibitions, and workshops to promote products and brand presence.
Key Result Areas (KRAs):
- Achieve and exceed regional sales targets and revenue goals.
- Expand and strengthen the dealer network and key accounts portfolio.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings through efficient query resolution and timely services.
- Ensure timely submission of accurate sales forecasts, market insights, and performance reports.
- Boost channel partner and dealer performance via strategic training and support programs.
- Attain 100% recovery of client payments as per contractual agreements.
- Identify and successfully onboard new clients or accounts within the territory.
Skillsets Required:
- Strong knowledge of rotating machinery, LT motors, and related technical specifications.
- Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies for industrial products.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for customer and partner engagement.
- Proficiency in preparing customized technical and commercial proposals.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Effective in market trend analysis and competitor intelligence.
- Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working under minimal supervision
