We are seeking a Data Analyst – Data Migration  to play a key role in supporting business-critical projects. This is a hands-on position where you’ll work across multiple teams to ensure data is accurate, consistent, and ready for use across core systems.
The role will focus on managing and improving data quality, supporting migration activities, and providing insights that help drive effective decision-making. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex data challenges and working in dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reconcile and validate data across multiple sources, resolving discrepancies and ensuring reliability.
  • Provide data support to operational teams, answering queries and maintaining accuracy.
  • Deliver analysis and insights from large datasets to inform project decisions.
  • Assist with data migration activities including cleansing, validation, and quality checks.
  • Develop processes to maintain data integrity across systems.
  • Document workflows, processes, and data maps for future use.
  • Conduct cross-system checks to confirm consistency.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to understand requirements and share findings.

Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience in data-intensive roles such as Data Analyst or Data Migration Analyst
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong SQL experience for querying and analysis
  • Experience working in project environments that are dynamic
  • Previous experience with data migration or transition projects will be highly regarded.
