Job Description:
We seek a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will work on designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and AI solutions to solve complex business problems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into various products and services, driving the future of intelligent systems at STIGYA.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain machine learning models and AI algorithms.
- Work with large datasets to train, validate, and test models.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate AI solutions into products.
- Optimize models for performance and scalability.
- Conduct research to stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies.
- Evaluate and improve existing AI systems.
- Document AI development processes, experiments, and results.
- Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an AI/ML Engineer or similar role.
- Strong programming skills in Python, R
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Proficient in data processing and manipulation using tools like Pandas, NumPy, and SQL.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure for AI/ML deployments.
- Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Hands-on experience with deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision projects.
- Understanding of deployment pipelines and model lifecycle management.
- Certification in AI/ML or related courses is a plus.
