JOB DESCRIPTIONRole: Head Of Human ResourceJob Title: Associate Vice President / Vice PresidentDepartment: Human ResourcesReporting to: CEOLocation: Head office – HyderabadCompensation : As per Industry StandardsAbout the company:Leading player in people transportation with operations at 30+ locations across PAN India, the company has diversified into other areas of logistics business such as Last Mile Deliveries and Hub Management services with a vision to service entire gamut of supply chain management (). The company is embarking on a new initiative focused on the B2C mobility segment which will entail building a completely new entity as a subsidiary of the company having it's own identity and organizational policy framework and will take the total organizational strength to in excess of 700 people in the next 18 to 24 months.Purpose: This role plays a crucial strategic and operational role within an organization. Their primary purpose is to oversee and guide the HR function to align with the organization's goals, fostering a productive and positive work environment.Job DescriptionStrategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's aggressive growth objectives and entrepreneurial culture.Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment process for mid to senior-level roles, ensuring the hiring of exceptional talent across retail, banking, insurance, and fintech domains.HR Policies & Compliance: Establish and implement HR policies and frameworks to support the organization's scale-up plans, including ensuring regulatory compliance.Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage end-to-end HR operations, from onboarding to exit, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.Organizational Development: Design and drive initiatives to foster a high-performance culture, focusing on talent development, succession planning, and employee retention.Learning & Development: creating a knowledgeable, agile, and high-performing workforce, ensuring both employees and the organization thrive in a dynamic environment.Business Partnering: Work closely with the leadership team to provide HR insights and solutions that align with business objectives.Requirements and skillsAt least 12+ years of work experience in HR with at least 4 years at Leadership level.Experience in strategic planning/ implementation of Greenfield projects.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong supervisory and leadership skills.Strong knowledge of all HR functions & sub-functionsHands-on experience with HR software (HRIS, ATS)Good understanding of prevalent labour laws and compliancesExcellent leadership abilitiesCommunication and problem-solving skillsMBA in Human Resources Management
