Role Overview


You have an opportunity to join our passionate team working towards building a product for the global market. We are seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer with a strong emphasis on UI development, particularly in React JS. As a key member of our team, you'll be instrumental in crafting intuitive, responsive, and efficient user interfaces while also contributing to our overall full stack development efforts.

As a Full Stack Software Engineer with UI expertise at Kapittx, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, shaping our platform's user experience and underlying architecture from the ground up. Your Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of our front-end architecture using React JS, ensuring a responsive, intuitive, and visuallyappealing user interface.
  • Collaborate closely with our Founding members to deeply understand the domain, write high-quality code for both front-end and back-end components, develop new features, and contribute to our data and AI roadmap.
  • Implement state-of-the-art UI/UX designs, translating wireframes and mockups into high-quality, responsive React components.
  • Optimize front-end performance for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Uphold the quality of our platform, ensuring 100% customer and user satisfaction across all interfaces.
  • Engage in brainstorming sessions to devise innovative approaches and technical solutions, always keeping our customers and users' needs at the forefront.
  • Embrace continuous learning, staying abreast of user behavior, technological advancements in UI/UX and full stack development, and strategies for scaling a startup into a thriving organization.
  • Be a true team player, fostering collaboration and synergy within our engineering team.


Qualifications

  • Developer Mindset: You approach problems with a developer's mindset, seeking elegant solutions for both UI and full stack challenges.
  • Full-Stack Capability: You're comfortable working across the entire stack, with a particular strength in front-end development using React JS.
  • UI Expertise: Strong proficiency in React JS, Redux, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript. Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility is crucial.
  • Experience: You have 3-5 years of hands-on experience designing extensible software, writing robust code, and solving complex problems, with at least 2 years focused on React JS development.
  • Tech Savvy: You possess a solid understanding of technology concepts, including Cloud, Algorithms, Performance, Security, and Distributed Systems, as well as front-end specific concepts like state management and component lifecycle.
  • Outcome-Driven: Rather than reacting, you articulate desired outcomes and collaboratively create paths to achieve them, especially in terms of user experience and interface design.
  • Dev Tools: You're proficient with Git (GitHub), have strong code debugging skills, and experience with front-end build tools and package managers.
  • Curiosity: You're eager to learn and apply technology solutions to real-world challenges, constantly keeping up with the latest trends in UI development and full stack technologies.
