- Provide day-to-day production support for PeopleSoft applications.


- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to PeopleSoft and Tuxedo.


- Perform database administration tasks, including backup, recovery, and performance tuning.


- Work closely with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of the PeopleSoft system.


- Stay updated on the latest PeopleSoft and Tuxedo technologies and best practices.


Required Skills and Experience :


- 5-7 years of experience as a Peoplesoft Administrator.


- Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft and Tuxedo technologies.


- Experience with database administration, preferably Oracle.


- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.


- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


- Ability to work independently and remotely.


- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.


Additional Qualifications (Preferred) :


- Experience with PeopleSoft implementation and upgrade projects.


- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Perl).
