Role Overview:

We're seeking a strategic and hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist to drive paid media initiatives across multiple digital platforms. You'll collaborate with creatives, strategists, and clients to develop performance campaigns that convert — whether it's for product sales, lead generation, or brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Ads, etc.)
  • Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to align media plans with campaign goals and target audiences
  • Manage campaign budgets, forecasts, and pacing, ensuring ROI and efficiency
  • Conduct A/B testing across creatives, copy, and targeting strategies
  • Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights and reports
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, and new tools
  • Manage pixel implementation, tracking setup (GA4, Meta Pixel), and attribution modeling
  • Support in creating performance marketing strategy presentations for client pitches and ongoing engagements

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably in a creative agency or digital-first environment
  • Proficiency with Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, and Ads
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, and Excel/Sheets
  • Familiarity with creative performance metrics and the ability to communicate insights with creative teams
  • Experience with CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) and landing page strategy
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce)
  • Knowledge of SEO and organic content strategies
  • Experience with programmatic or influencer performance media
  • Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint
