Headquartered in Australia, our product range includes transponders, VHF radios, navigation sensors, instrument displays, and a range of integrated avionics systems built to meet the demands of general aviation and remote operations.Position Overview: The Marketing and Customer Engagement Coordinator will support the company’s digital marketing, content creation, and customer engagement efforts across multiple platforms.Operating remotely from the India office, the coordinator will work closely with the Customer Engagement, Sales & Marketing Manager (CESMM) in Australia to ensure consistent branding, messaging, timely content delivery, and effective customer interaction.Key Responsibilities:Social Media & Content• Plan, create, and publish engaging campaigns and posts across Facebook, YouTube, Mailchimp, TikTok and LinkedIn• Maintain a content calendar aligned with marketing initiatives and tradeshows• Monitor engagement metrics and provide insights to improve performanceCustomer Engagement• Respond to inquiries and direct or escalate technical queries as needed• Engage with comments and relevant online communities to build brand presenceTradeshow & Events• Support sourcing of promotional items and event materials• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams on logistics and branding• Assist with scheduling appointments for sales and engagement teamsWebsite & Digital Content• Assist with the update of website content to reflect new products, media releases, manuals, and other relevant materials• Assist with WordPress and WooCommerce updates – where appropriate• Apply SEO practices to improve visibility of website and blog contentCustomer Engagement• Respond to customer inquiries on social platforms and escalate technical or complex queries to internal teams• Engage with relevant online communities to build brand presenceContent Writing & Documentation• Support content writing for user manuals, product descriptions, and marketing materialsAssist with editing and proofreading for clarity, tone, and accuracy• Write content in simplified English suitable for both promotional and technical useTradeshow & Event Support• Support sourcing of promotional items and event materials• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams on logistics and branding• Assist with scheduling customer appointments for Customer Engagement teams• Assist with CRM database updates and customer communication as requiredGraphic Design & Asset Management• Use Canva and other tools to create visual content for social media, EDMs, and marketing collateral• Maintain a library of marketing assets (images, videos, templates, documents) and ensure brand consistency across assetsAnalytics & Reporting• Track and report on social media performance (engagement, reach, conversions)• Monitor website traffic and EDM campaign metrics (open rates, click-through rates)• Provide monthly performance summaries and recommendations for improvementCompetitor & Industry Monitoring• Monitor competitor marketing activity and industry trends• Share insights with the team to inform strategy and content planningSkills & QualificationsEssential: • 5+ years experience in digital marketing and content writing• Advanced English with strong writing and editing skills• Familiarity with social media platforms and their back-end tools for best practice management • Proficiency in Canva and basic graphic design principles• Ability to work autonomously and manage tasks independently• Strong communication and collaboration skills• Capacity to learn a new industry and adapt content accordingly• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, OutlookDesirable:• Experience writing or assisting with technical documentation (e.g., user manuals)• Experience with Mailchimp or similar EDM tools• Experience with WordPress and WooCommerce is an advantage• Basic video editing skillsWork Environment & Expectations• Flexibility to attend regular meetings during Australian business hours• Collaborative mindset and proactive approach and communication styleHow to ApplySend your updated resume to jobsindia@microair.aerowith the subject line:Application – Social Media & Marketing CoordinatorInclude in your email:Current CTC (₹)-[XX.XX] LPAExpected CTC (₹)- [XX.XX] LPANotice Period (days) – Immediate joiners preferredTotal Experience (years)-[XX Years]English Proficiency – Yes/NoBased in Indore – Yes/No (Preference for Indore-base)
