- Design and develop organic processing plans in adherence to regulatory standards such as GMP, NOP, NPOP, and India Organic.

- Ensure meticulous record-keeping to comply with regulatory and certification requirements.

- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) aligned with various organic standard requirements.

- Manage documentation for inward, outward, processing, line clearance, and other processes as per certification needs.

- Conduct internal audits to identify gaps in processes and documentation, and recommend improvements.

- Coordinate with certification bodies for factory certification, renewal, and upgrades.

- Act as the auditee during audits, evaluate non-conformances, and implement corrective action plans.

- Manage activities related to product additions in the scope, label approvals, and transaction certification.

- Provide expert consultation and training to stakeholders on organic certification processes.

- Stay updated on changes in organic regulations and standards to ensure compliance.

- Oversee vendor development for the sourcing of organic products.

- Timely and accurate preparation of certification documentation and reports.

- Successful completion of audits with minimal or no non-conformances.

- Effective implementation and improvement of SOPs to enhance operational efficiency.

- Compliance with all organic regulations and timely updates in response to regulatory changes.

- Streamlined vendor sourcing and development for organic products.

- Effective training programs delivered to stakeholders, ensuring knowledge of organic standards.

- Expertise in organic certification management systems and regulatory compliance (GMP, NOP, NPOP, etc.

- Strong understanding of audit processes, including internal and external audits.

- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Agriculture, or a related field / MBA
