We’re looking for a skilled and passionate Backend Developer to join our team and help us build robust, scalable, and secure backend systems. In this role, you’ll work closely with our product and frontend teams, owning server-side logic, APIs, databases, and cloud services. This is an exciting opportunity to work on real-world, high-impact projects in a growing startup environment.What You’ll Do Design, develop, and maintain backend logic to ensure high performance and scalability. Build and optimise RESTful and GraphQL APIs for seamless communication between front-end and back-end. Work with Node.js, Express.js, Next.js, MySQL, and Socket.io. Configure and manage AWS services like EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, and CloudWatch, along with caching solutions (Redis/Elasticache). Write and optimise SQL queries for efficient database interactions. Perform testing, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure reliability and a smooth user experience.What We’re Looking For 1–3 years of experience as a Backend Developer (startup experience is a plus). Strong hands-on knowledge of Node.js, Express.js, and MySQL (experience with Next.js & Socket.io is a plus). Familiarity with AWS services and cloud-based architecture. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code. Strong communication and collaboration skills.Details Role: Backend Developer (Full-time) Location: Hybrid (Work from Home) Salary: ₹4–6 LPA (depending on experience & skills) Workdays: Monday to SaturdayPerks Hands-on mentorship and learning from experienced developers.
