Best Nanotech is seeking a visionary SoC Architect to lead the definition and architecture of our next-generation chipset solutions in Hyderabad.As a key member of the architecture team, you will drive system-level optimization, IP selection, and performance modeling for high-complexity SoCs. We need a strategist who understands not just the CPU, but the entire chipset ecosystem.Position: Principal/Staff SoC ArchitectLocation: Hyderabad (On-site/Hybrid)Experience: 8+ YearsKey Responsibilities:- System Definition: Define SoC micro-architecture, memory hierarchy, and interconnect strategy (NoC) for high-performance chipsets. - IP Selection: Evaluate and select third-party IPs (CPU, GPU, DSP, High-Speed IOs) and define integration requirements. - Performance Analysis: Lead performance modeling and analysis (SystemC/TLM) to optimize bandwidth, latency, and power. - Chipset Integration: Architect high-speed subsystems (PCIe Gen5/6, DDR5/LPDDR5, USB4) ensuring seamless data flow. - Collaboration: Work with HW/SW teams to define boot flows, security architecture, and power management (DVFS/PMIC).-Required Skills:✅ 8+ years in SoC Architecture or Senior RTL Design/Verification with architectural exposure.✅ Deep knowledge of ARM (AMBA/AXI/CHI) or RISC-V based systems.✅ Strong grasp of Cache Coherency and Memory Subsystems.✅ Experience with Chipset interfaces: PCIe, SerDes, Ethernet, CXL.✅ Proficiency in performance modeling tools (Platform Architect, SystemC).To Apply: Please send your resume/portfolio to talent@bestnanotech.in or apply via the link below.#SoCArchitecture #Chipset #HyderabadJobs #Semiconductor #SystemArchitecture #VLSI #HardwareEngineering
