Role Overview: We are seeking an experiencedTechnical Project Manager (TPM)to leadUKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM)/Kronos implementationprojects end-to-end. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managingenterprise HCM, WFM, or ERP implementations , ensuring timely delivery, client satisfaction, and cross-functional alignment between business and technical teams. Key Responsibilities: LeadUKG Pro WFM / Kronos implementation projectsfrom initiation through deployment and stabilization. Manage fullproject lifecycle— planning, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, and delivery. Coordinate betweenfunctional consultants, technical teams, and business stakeholdersto ensure seamless execution. Drive requirements workshops, solution validation, and integration touchpoints with HR, Payroll, and ERP systems. Create and maintaindetailed project documentation(SOWs, timelines, risk registers, test plans, etc.). Conductstatus reviews , stakeholder presentations, and ensure adherence to PMO standards. Managethird-party vendors and offshore teamsfor development and support activities. Ensure all project deliverables meetquality, budget, and timeline expectations . Act as theprimary escalation pointfor clients and internal leadership for project-related matters. ⚙️ Technical & Functional Skills: Strong knowledge ofUKG Pro (UltiPro)orKronos Workforce Central / Dimensionsmodules – Timekeeping, Scheduling, Absence, and Payroll integrations. Experience withsystem integrations(API, SFTP, HRIS, ERP, or Payroll systems). Understanding ofdata migration, configuration, and testingin UKG / Kronos environments. Familiar withAgile / Waterfall methodologies , Jira, and MS Project. Experience in managingERP/HCM/WFM cross-functional programs . Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences. Preferred Qualifications: PMP / Prince2 / Agile certification preferred. Experience working withUK, US, or global clientsin the workforce domain. Prior experience inPeople Tech, HR Tech, or ERP product environments .
