Cars24 - Manager - Performance Marketing

Develop and Implement Performance Marketing Strategies: Lead the development and execution of performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant platforms to drive user acquisition, engagement, and conversions.
Optimize Campaign Performance: Continuously monitor campaign performance metrics such as ROI, CPC, CTR, and conversion rates. Implement A/B testing and other optimization strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
Budget Management: Manage the performance marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of funds across different channels and campaigns to achieve target KPIs within specified cost constraints.
Audience Targeting and Segmentation: Utilize data-driven insights to identify and target relevant audience segments. Develop personalized marketing strategies to engage and convert different audience segments Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, design, analytics, and sales to align performance marketing efforts with overall business objectives and priorities.
Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights to key stakeholders. Use data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
