Roles
- Project Management Head – Site Infra Structure (Exp: 20 Years & above)
- Sr. Lead Project Management – Site Infra Structure (Exp: 18 Years to 20 Years)
- Lead Project Management – Site Infra Structure (Exp: 15 Years to 17 Years)
Responsibilities:
- Expertise in infra development work at project locations including design, supply, mfg., installation and completion within scheduled timeline
- Establishing labour colony, staff township, portable site offices, warehouse, construction water infra like pipelines and any large-scale MEP (Mechanical Electrical Plumbing) scope
- Expertise in Pre-Fabricated Structures, Warehouses etc.
- Experience of establishing site infra for 5000+ people
- Experienced in the latest portable building technologies & construction materials to expedite projects
- Experience in Quantity Estimation, BOQ preparation and calculating budgetary estimate for package
- Familiar with standard codes relevant to health & safety and fire codes related to building & constructions
- Experience of construction power infrastructure (Substations, transmission lines etc., generator sets etc.) for site level usage.
- Ability to interact with local Discoms for power management, billing etc.
- Well versed with water management systems at site (ETP, STP, Drinking Water etc.)
- Experience in establishing comprehensive integration of various site infra facilities (Township, Site Office, Utilities & MEP) for smooth operation.
- Expertise in Pre-Fabricated Structures & Warehouses.
- Awareness of quality management tools like ISO, LSS etc. to ensure good quality work & management practices.
- Expertise in Pre-Fabricated Structures & Warehouses.
- Experience in establishing comprehensive integration of various site infra facilities (Township, Site Office, Utilities & MEP) for smooth operation.
- Well versed with water management systems at site (ETP, STP, Drinking Water etc.)
- Ability to interact with local Discoms for power management, billing etc.
