JD-Transition ManagerRole:TMO Analyst/ Transition Manager Location:Noida/Bengaluru/Chennai Experience:Overall10years+ and minimum 5 year in TransitionsJob Description : HCLTech’ Digital Business Services is looking for experienced Transition Management Office Person for its Transition Centre of Excellence (CoE). The Transition CoE is a global team of high performing transition experts who are responsible for the full lifecycle of a customer journey from RFPs to Transition executions. Transition Management Office Person should have Basic knowledge, expertise, and experience of working in global application transition programs in complex and challenging environments. Transition Management Office Person are responsible for supporting the end-to-end transition solutions. They will be required to support small to medium transitions. Additional responsibility includes working on various initiatives with respect to enhancing the framework, automation and CoE libraries. Roles and Responsibilities: A. Transition Solution: Overall responsibility to support Transition Managers, customize and ‘fit for purpose’ transition solution and sizing for various RFPs Support HCLTech’s transition framework, tools & accelerators are followed Help Create week-on-week transition ramp-up and provide complete inputs for transition budgets based on CoE’s cost and effort models Participate in internal reviews to get the transition solution ready Support the creation of transition related content and presentations for clients bid defense Support in due-diligence exercises B. Transition Executions: Support Transition Managers in management, performance, and execution of the Transition Program Support standard CoE methodology, deliverables and approach is followed for transition execution Monitor progress of transition plan and the associated tasks and responsibilities (with respect to responsibility of HCL or client or incumbent supplier) against the transition schedule, timelines and milestones Take Minutes for transition cadence meetings Support Transition Managers Identify, monitor and manage any risks or issues via an updated Transition Risk Register and take appropriate preventive and corrective measures Help Transition Managers in ensuring Critical Milestones and deliverables are identified and completed on time Monitor, track and report against the transition resource ramp-up plan Work with various cross functional track leads for the successful execution of program/tower Support in tracking program/tower level issues with delivery teams and client stakeholders Support transition closure activities as per the CoE framework C. Transition CoE Initiatives: Participate in the CoE initiatives to enhance transition framework, accelerators, libraries, tools and templates Support in preparation of content for analyst meets and other CoE initiatives aimed at increasing the internal and external visibility Must-have Competencies Demonstrate good project management skills and experience of working on at least 1 application transition projects Logical mindset and ability to learn Experience with Office Suits (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Teams) Must have a collaborative mindset and develop amicable working relationships with teams Possess effective written, oral communication and presentation skills The ideal candidate should have: Over 5 years of experience in the IT industry with a minimum of 1 years of transition experience Educational Qualifications – MBA Scrum/ Agile/ PMP/ ITIL/ Six Sigma certification (Good to have)Regards, Sanjay Kumar Talent Acquisition HCLTech Supercharging ProgressTM hcltech.com
