Description :We are looking for an experienced Application Lead to drive the development, design, and delivery of complex applications across multiple platforms.The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background across backend development, APIs, DevOps, cloud-native architectures, and modern front-end frameworks.You will lead a team of developers, guide architectural decisions, and ensure high-quality solutions are delivered in alignment with business objectives.Key Responsibilities :- Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade applications.- Oversee backend development using .NET, Java, Python, and ensure integration with REST APIs and microservices architectures.- Drive adoption and implementation of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and orchestration with Kubernetes.- Provide technical leadership in front-end development using React, Angular, and full-stack frameworks such as Django and Flask.- Guide the team in mobile application development across platforms.- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to define requirements and solution architecture.- Ensure code quality, maintainability, security, and performance across applications.- Mentor and coach development teams, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices.- Define and implement Center of Excellence (CoE) standards for coding, architecture, and technology adoption.- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve development efficiency.Technical Skills Required :- Strong hands-on experience in backend technologies : .NET, Java, Python.- Expertise in REST APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud-native solutions.- Experience in DevOps practices, including CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and automated testing.- Proficiency in front-end development : React, Angular, and frameworks like Django, Flask.- Experience in mobile application development (iOS/Android or hybrid frameworks).- Solid understanding of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL).- Experience in designing scalable and secure applications.Soft Skills :- Strong leadership and people management skills.- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.- Effective communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Educational Qualification : - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (ref:hirist.tech)
