About the Role: Smartlinks is seeking a highly skilled Consulting Manager with 5+ years of experience to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in information technology and services, with specific expertise in demand planning, technical support, and supply chain management. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to lead complex projects that drive business transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage consulting projects, ensuring successful delivery of solutions to clients.
- Develop and implement demand planning strategies using tools.
- Optimize inventory and fulfillment processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and architect innovative solutions.
- Mentor and train junior consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Conduct comprehensive analyses to identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Consulting Manager or in a similar role within the IT and services industry.
- Expertise in demand planning, fulfillment, inventory optimization, and supply chain management.
- Proficient in using any one or more of BY Suite of applications or similar.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage projects effectively.
- Strong consulting skills with a focus on client satisfaction and business results.
- MBA from a reputable institution (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
- Experience with technical support and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with end to end supply chain management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
