Role Description:

- This is a full-time role for a Senior Enterprise Account Manager based in Mumbai focusing on the domestic market.

- The Senior Enterprise Account Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding our relationships with large enterprise accounts, driving revenue growth, and ensuring client satisfaction.

- This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in enterprise sales and a strong ability to collaborate across teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:.

- Formulate and implement strategies aimed at bolstering sales growth within large enterprise accounts, which involves pinpointing pivotal opportunities and fostering relationships with key stakeholders.

- Cultivate and nurture strong rapport with senior executives in the Enterprise sector.

- Initiate contact with potential prospects through self-generated research to establish a robust sales pipeline.

- Conduct face-to-face presentations to C-level executives, encompassing information discovery sessions, product demonstrations, and proposal presentations.

- Engage with prospects to grasp their distinctive pain points and craft compelling business propositions tailored to their requirements.

- Develop and deploy a scalable sales process spanning from prospecting and demand generation to contract execution.

- Collaborate with internal team members to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation processes for new clients.

- Utilize CRM data to analyze, forecast, and manage sales activities, driving pipelines to align with revenue targets and organizational objectives.

- Work closely with the Leadership Team to contribute insights on business growth and synchronize revenue strategies with overarching company goals.

Desired Skillset:.

- 5+ years of experience in enterprise account management, preferably in enterprise segment.

- Should have experience in B2B SAAS sales.

- Proven track record of managing large deal sizes and exceeding revenue targets.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels of the organization.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.

- Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer value and driving business growth.

- Experience in lead generation and sales operations.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.

- Experience in the technology industry is a plus.

- Bachelor's/master's degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
